Figured I may as well post masculine interiors for the grown males since I posted about the young males yesterday. The lighting higlights many areas in this earth toned open floor plan above. I like the mix of caramel, peanut butter and mocha colors. However I am drawn mostly to the wave pattern of the rug.

Combining different seating colors and styles keeps it interesting. That is key, when furnishing a large area. Imagine how boring this would have been if the same sofas or couch sets were used. The colorful rug is echoed in the wall art….

This mirrored bathroom oozes sex appeal….

So many raw textures really sets this office space. It’s dark and moody which I like. Live plants help liven a dark space…

The pinstriped walls and tailored styling of scarves and pillows is what I especially like. If the rug was faux, I’d like it even more. Notice the many light sources: recessed ceiling, wall sconces & a table lamp. In order to have adequate lighting in a room, you will need multiple sources amd cannot simply rely on one overhead light. Not only does multiple lights help prevent strained eyes, but it sets the mood and looks better visually…

The gold geometric shaped light against the black lacquered ceiling is fabulous. The ceiling doesn’t feel heavy because the walls, free standing tub and floors are light. Plus it appears to have a lot of natural light…

Love platform beds because of the streamlined and contemporary look and the coffee table in the living room is really modern…

Which masculine space is your fav? I knoe often times women design bloggers leave out the guys but I’ve blogged about interiors for you all many times. Check out this reason for me loving men styled interiors, this masculine artsy home tour, & part II of bachelor pad inspiration. These are just a few. I’m kinda obsessed.
